The MNBigBand was born in 2011 to pay tribute to Serge Gainsbourg, 20 years after he died. It is with the idea of offering an original interpretation of some of Gainsbourg’s songs that 11 professional jazz musicians from the Rhône-Alpes region are gathered in order to create their “little” Big Band. Only the singing is missing, a mission entrusted to Chloé Cailleton, a Nantes singer well known in the world of jazz.
